YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係（xì）統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規（guī）格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝（zhuāng）置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為（wéi）水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管（guǎn）理（lǐ）係統。
