YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作（zuò）盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓控製（zhì）係統、電（diàn）氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是（shì）按（àn）各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工（gōng）件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選（xuǎn）擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
