YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液（yè）壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係（xì）統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸（gāng）、移動油（yóu）缸、試（shì）驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性（xìng）能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉（chén）入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂（dìng）配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
