YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與（yǔ）頂壓（yā）壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循（xún）環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安（ān）全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
