YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各（gè）通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗（yàn）工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試（shì）台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
