YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計（jì）量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強（qiáng）度試驗（yàn）（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度（dù）翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智（zhì）能檢測數據管理係統。
