YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台（tái）分為（wéi）液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大（dà）係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計（jì）量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下（xià）升降及90度（dù）翻轉功能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
