YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數據（jù）管理係統。
