YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係（xì）統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行強度（dù）性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統（tǒng）。
