YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由（yóu）機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵（bèng）及電（diàn）機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使（shǐ）用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
