YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分（fèn）為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等（děng）閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試（shì）驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
